• One face-to-face planning meeting
• Unlimited phone and email contact
• Mishap Averting Emergency Kit
• Confirm vendors
• Attend rehearsal
• Set-up and decorate ceremony site
• Boutonnière assistance
• Check reception site to make sure set-up and decoration are complete and correct
• Act as point of contact for vendors
• Act as point of contact for guest and wedding party questions
• Work with reception site coordinator to keep events flowing smoothly
• Work with DJ to make sure events are queued on time and correctly
• Ensure all items are collected at the end of the evening and returned to assigned family member
